This site offers a simple program that can compose a good range of charges. It is NOT comprehensive, but can create some of the more common ordinaries.
The program has some limitations. For example, if a Gyronny of 7 were requested, a Gyronny of 8 would be displayed.
It does, however, EMBLAZON the Achievement, using the proper terms in proper order and would save some time.
This would help initial design of your personal achievement. When you have reached a satisfactory level of completion, right click on the image and save it. It can be imported into Paint or other drawing program and other symbol scan be added as desired.
